Born and raised in Philadelphia, Nikki attended Temple University and studied theater and film. At age 21, she sought more control over her career than acting would allow. Nikki was certain that she wanted to be creatively involved in the filmmaking process, so she became an assistant rep. Later Nikki opened the doors to Nikki Weiss & Co, building a successful roster from the ground up, while involving herself in all aspects of production.
After years of dividing her time between Chicago and Los Angeles, Nikki finally made the left coast her permanent home, one she shares with her wife, Jill, and their children Adler and Grey.
Nikki’s reach goes beyond the :30 second format in the advertising world. Her achievements in the entertainment industry include a consulting role on ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy and a 2006 GLAAD award for her appearance on The Oprah Winfrey show. She has also been instrumental in developing and producing television and film projects with various clients.
Nikki is a member of The Screen Actors Guild, The Association of Independent Commercial Production and GLAAD. A breast cancer survivor herself, Nikki is a founding board member of The Pink Lotus Foundation, a nonprofit organization with a mission to help women who are uninsured, underprivileged and unable to pay for their breast health care.
